His functional expertise is in Research design and Brand Consulting. He has extensive consulting experience with Ivy League commercial and development organizations in India. He founded Asáni Consulting in 2004 with a vision to provide innovative niche services in the fragmented media space. Amit is currently spearheading efforts in North America.

Gautam is an economics post graduate from JNU, started his career as a business analyst with IRIS Ltd and later led project operations in a consulting firm. His specialization is in research design, and has quality exposure in different distribution models like FMCG and Financial services. He cofounded Asáni Consulting, responsible for project delivery and client servicing.

Susmita has over 18 years of rich multifunctional experience covering a wide spectrum of management functions. Her specialization is mass media and social research. She is responsible for framework design and analysis of research projects.

Dibyajyoti specializes in Business Research with exposure to multiple sectors and industries. His also lends his expertise in high-end statistical analysis and modeling techniques.  He is a post graduate in economics (JNU) and a management graduate, was with CII before joining Asáni Consulting.

Santanu is an MTech, specializes in MIS Reporting, Database and Web technologies. He is Asáni’s technology resource and contact point for all technical requirements.

Neelima is Masters in Communication & Journalism from Mumbai University and P.G.Diploma in Public Relations. She is proficient in Multimedia technologies, played leading roles in different organizations before joining Asáni Consulting. She is the creative brain in all assignments in the organization.
